Mohammad A. Abdallah co-founded Soft Machines and serves as our President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Abdallah is our chief scientist and the visionary architect and inventor of the Company’s revolutionary VISC™ Architecture. Prior to founding Soft Machines, Mr. Abdallah worked from 1995 to 2005 as a computer architect at Intel Corporation, where he held a series of positions, most recently as a Senior Architect in Intel’s Microprocessor Architecture Group. Mr. Abdallah has been a prolific inventor in the fields of computer architecture and computer arithmetic, with approximately 100 patents and patents pending, and several IEEE publications on the theory and implementations of residue number systems. Mr. Abdallah holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University.
